Help with your account, mini apps, community, and notifications.

Contact support

Email [email protected] with the email address on your Mimi account and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or login links.

Signing in

Request a fresh login email and open the newest link on the device where you use Mimi. Login links expire and can only be used once. You can also use password sign-in if your account has a password.

Mini apps and sharing

When reporting a problem with a mini app, include its title, what you expected, and what happened. For shared or public content, include the relevant app or content link when possible.

Notifications

Check both Mimi's notification settings and your device's notification permission. Paused or disabled alerts remain listed in Mimi and will not send until resumed or enabled.

Safety and community reports

Use Mimi's report and block controls for objectionable content or abusive users. You may also email support for urgent safety, privacy, or moderation concerns.

Delete your account

In Mimi, open User Profile, select Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. This permanently removes your account and associated content from Mimi's active systems, subject to limited legal, security, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.
